Of course the fans will clap, they didn't move on the "ageing loyal stars".

If I was Bartel, Stevie J etc I would be dirty at the club

As good as Bartel and Stevie J were they’re not GOD Junior.
You’ve got a 40+ goal forward for the next 3 years.

He cost us nothing and is the best player in at least the last twenty years.
Get two games out of him and we're in front.
I was against the move as I though we would have to lose something significant but when it's basically just Motlop it's an absolute no brainer. Ablett still gets consistent votes in Brownlows and B&Fs, the others weren't.

We will get more out of him than we will Menzel next year

Honestly mate, should have traded him before he walks. Kid has talent but, his future is too unclear and we will lose him for a lot less now.

Probably stay at Geelong for a pay cut, he wants three years, the club want two so negotiations still happening.
Motlop being popular probably stuffed up his chances of moving.

If GAJ stays fit enough then who knows. With Dangerfield taking the heat with Selwood GAJ could really become damaging.

Parker, Kennedy and Hannebery not A graders?

West coasts midfield mid 2000’s?
