Any Carlton fan who is sad about Gibbs leaving just remember this will most likely happen...

I wanna know when the ex GWS players start filtering through to us

We’ll give you Silvagni next year for 2 x 1st rounders.
Oh wait let’s wait til the year after and still do the same deal.

We've done the rebuild right. Plenty of young talent that will take a couple of years of experience of playing together. In Bolton and SOS we trust.

So as a doggies man i am relatively happy with our trade period.

Schache has potential to do great things and next to big Tom Boyd we could build a really strong forward half, some big targets to aim at for once! With potentially those two and the Bont up front it is unusually tall for a bulldogs side!

Crozier is interesting, can play half back or half forward, has a steady left foot and decent skills. Possibly him and JJ running off half back would be good. Likes a jump and takes a good mark every now and then too.

Trengove is a savvy addition. Gives us options up the spine and will create competition for spots at the least. I love his competitiveness and mongrel. Not so fond of his gait and kicking style but whatever.

Stringer gone is unfortunate but probably best for all parties. Not getting in early enough wasn't ideal however it gave us the pick 25 we used for Schache.

Have pick 9 and 16 in a shallow draft before some late ones in 4th round i reckon.

Hopefully enough to push back into finals contention again...
