With atleast 3 more recruits expected to sign within a week, things are looking good for the club!! To clear the air, Knapp is our A grade captain and will not be going anywhere, he’s looking forward to working with the new recruits and hopefully being a part of something special next season! Also he’s probably a shoe in for the medal shrek

Taylor already signed? Hasn't played for a couple of years but looking pretty solid.

I thought you'd snaffle him up, yeah, will take about half a quarter to find his feet and tear it up.

LOL, you have a fair fascination with young Knappy, he isn't going anywhere.

He is a great young lad and probably the most improved footballer I've ever come across, he spent many years in junior footy sitting on the pine eager to learn.

Yeah Taylor has already signed for EP, thommo coaching played a big factor but as you probably know he is very close with a couple of the boys out there! He’s keen on a big pre season and to be back playing good football again

Despite my protestations, Ryan OKeefe to Kilburn which is good for them because they’ve been without a key defender for a long time

The Colonel Light Gardens Football Club would like to thank Dale WIlson for his contribution to the club the past two years as our Reserves and Development Coach. Due to an increased work commitment Dale has had to step away from the role for the coming season. Dale will still be involved at the club in some capacity.

The Football Department would like to now invite applications for the position of Reserves and Development Coach.

The successful applicant will work extremely closely with Senior Coach Brett Leonard as we continue to improve and develop both on and off field.

Please email applications and resume to Scotthooper@live.com.au

Couldn’t be any further from the truth...Mitcham’s young brigade are a very close bunch of blokes and have all committed to season 2018.
As for the older blokes, the big Clydesdale is ready to go after a big bicep reconstruction, he has never looked any fitter. Mitcham also close on locking down a couple of guns who took the year off from footy.
