Why??? He seemed to have done a pretty good job. They did beat the eventual premiers in the minor round.

The Christies Beach Football Club is excited to announce Neil Reeve has been appointed as Playing Senior Coach for 2018-19.
Following an extensive interview process that attracted a number of high-quality candidates, Neil stood out as an excellent choice. Neil steps up from his current playing duties with intimate understanding of our current squad and a passion for helping build a stonger united club. Neil will also be supported by some outstanding individuals as part of his coaching group who will also be announced soon.
Neil was Christies Beach's Best and Fairest in 2016, having returned from coaching Kaniva Leeor Football Club (KNTFL) in 2014-15, following playing stints at Kaniva Leeor, Wodonga, Victor Harbor, South Adelaide and Christies Beach.

Interesting move from CB. Playing Coaches are pretty rare, especially a Ruckman. Heard that Jacob Crate will be an assistant?

Anyone from CB care to share their thoughts? Happy with the appointment?

I've got to say that I rarely visit this site but when I do it is mainly so negative. These couple of clowns from Happy Valley are like so many from most clubs in existence whether they be sporting, social, community. What they write is often baseless and detrimental, but the people that read this are wanting to hang something on it. They are the sort of people that never help, bring their own food and alcohol to their club and claim to be supporters etc etc. When these guys/Girls and so many other are prepared to go to their club in person and speak face to face with a committee about their issues, ideas, concerns, then they should be completely ignored by all. Rant over
