Ango 1s didnt win outright, Scott Rathjen 100n.o
Ango 2s outright against bennymacca, welcome to the big boys league ;)

Sandy Creek 1s beat Gilbert Valley outright Handtke 6/9
Willaston 2s flogged Sandy Creek, Josh Glenn tonned up, good to see Willaston stronger this year .

Light Pass were looking good to upset last years premiers in the Ressies. Cogan off to a winning start?
Eudunda beat the relegated Lyndoch easily in the ressies

How did the 2017/18 premiers go?

Not sure if it’s a fact of willaston being stronger

I guess they have been known to knock you guys off quite reguarly for some reason. We can wait until they play a bit stiffer opposition before making that call then ;)

Probably because half of them are ex Sandy players. [emoji3]
I wouldn’t take too much out of yesterday’s game, quite a few colts filling in

Well at least you got a game in. I flew back to SA Friday night using my cricket kit bag as my luggage (chucked a few clothes in on top) only for the 3rds game I was to play in to be forfeited by the other mob. Was looking forward to a hit before my overs 50's game next week back in Melb. Will probs get rocknrolled by a 70 yo!!

Josh is one of the sweetest timers I've ever seen, looks like they have some decent players around him too.

How does Hayden Moss go with the ball? I see he opened the bowling, he used to be more of a batsman but his brother is a freak at whatever he does, his other brother can hit a long ball too.

Goes alright when his leg allows him to have a decent run up. Took a lot of wickets for Freeling in the 3s a few years ago

Always been more of a bowler, can hit a ball but not that often :)

Brodie O'Dea carries them, plus they have a few decent players from Pirie in Hutchinson and Blackwell which help bulk up their side

Really disappointing that 3 of the 4 teams have pulled out and therefore Angaston go through.
I’d be pretty certain that Ango would have gone through anyway but I know as a club we were really looking forward to hosting an entertaining days cricket.

We had a sub and we bowled 4 overs last week. The guy who subbed out opened the bowling and then all 11 who played 2nd week bowled.
