SACA U19s made 229 vs Port today in their one dayer. Handy partnership of 92 for the 10th wicket after being 9/137

Port chased them down easily. Port looks like a team to watch this season again

Fair bit of rain yesterday and terrible drying conditions today - no sun, no wind. Will be interesting to see what sort of decks are dished up on the weekend.

Day 2 of a 2 day game you'd hope you won the toss and batted last week.....

A few washouts today. Weagles didn't get on vs Sturt with 300 and plenty on the board. No play in Adel vs Uni or ET bs Pros either. West of the city seemed to fare better with getting decks up.

Looking at the results from today, One Day Quarter Finals as follows: (?)

Woodville (4-0) vs Kensington (2-2)
TTG (3-1) vs Port (2-2)
Glenelg (3-1) vs Prospect (2-2)
Sturt (3-1) vs Uni (3-1)

West Torrens miss on NRR. Adelaide and Southerns winless. A good run chase by Kensington against Adelaide today to scrape in to 8th spot.

Woodville the real deal?!? Undefeated in the one Dayers, and while scores make it look like TTG thrashed them, I'm hearing that Tim Evans knicked one last ball day 1 and was given not out and then was dropped early doors day 2...... Bet they'd wished things had been different! If Nielsen and Andrews play majority of the games I can see them being contenders in all formats.

NDs all out 99, wet wicket????

Poor old SACA 19s, Brad Davis showing how good a player he is of late!

Sturt women's A Grade got 422 from 50 overs vs Southern Districts

Tough day at the office. One girl made 242 from 144 balls.

Big gulf developing between the best 3-4 teams and the bottom 2.

Sure is mate, it's the beginning of the end as far as I see it.

Port playing West Torrens for the 3rd time this week yet they haven't played Southern at all.

It's tough and it's going to kill off the bottom two teams when the opposition opt to bat first against them in 50 over matches, Torrens did yesterday and then changed their mind a little while later as some Port girls had car issues and were going to be late.

Sad part is that Port were one of the powerhouse's last year.

They aren't that far away from achieving that, only Woodville, Adelaide and East Torrens don't have one.

Last year was stronger all round, Kensi & the Jets both had 3 sides, this season they are both back to two sides and TTG have put a side in.

It's gonna be hard to find a fix and it's not the SACA's fault, you can see which clubs are the well run ones within minutes of being around them.

Pretty awesome for women's cricket to get a front page photo and a nice article. Profile is slowly building. Not at the rate of footy but much better than 5-10 years ago

Cliffhanger at Prospect tonight by the looks. SACA U19s made 148 and Prospect got home with one ball to spare. McGregor-Baptista 70* from 40 balls.

Not sure what to make of the 19s squad. Think they look pretty good but hard to tell. Capel and Hoffmann look like serious players. Hearing that O'Connell has really come on too.
