Pretty tame start this morning, think anything over 250 to chase will prove hard on Day 5

And to think there were nuffies on here suggesting that we should've gone with 4 Quick's and left Lyon out.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

I'm not sure there to many, if any pitches you don't take a spinner into a game these days

If Lyon was unavailable, would Australia have played Sayers in preference to calling in another spinner ?
The choice would be players like Swepson, Zampa, Okeefe , Agar [is he injured ?] or the 4th quick , Sayers

maybe adelaide? I reckon Lyon still plays given we don’t have a 5th bowler but I can see them thinking about it

Lyon 100% unquestionable has to play with no genuine fifth bowling option, throw in the fact Zampa has taken a heap of wickets in the most recent game there

I suggested that purely in how green the pitch looked 20 hours before game time

Who knows what Sayers May have done in the first innings. Lyon has bowled well but hardly been a match winner

To think some nuffies don’t put their opinions out there but wait to have a crack at those who do ;)
