The NBL's always been bad with appropriate suspensions I remember that one from a few years ago when Brian Conklin broke Damian Martin's jaw he didn't even get a game for that.

Last night the Boomers had a big win in the first game of FIBA World Cup qualification games over Chinese Taipei in Taipei.

Australia 104 (Cadee 16, Kickert 15, Creek 12, Brandt 10, Goulding 10) def Chinese Taipei 66 (Davis 17, Chen 10, Liu 10)

Next up the Boomers play Japan here in Adelaide on Monday night.
