Wow you hate the Eagles
The last player the eagles got before the end of 2017
Was from Glenelg who was an eagle player that went to Port then left them went to Glenelg for some reason he didn’t want to leave Glenelg but whatever reason he was shown the door
Are you complaining that an unwanted Glenelg player signed with the eagles and played his best games against Glenelg
A bit like Mac Gregor who has retired and Scot Lewis
Players who left Glenelg long before they became eagle players

I think you will find that JJ quit Glenelg because his exact words were im getting screwed with my pay for next year. Glenelg went in a pay structure where you get a sign on fee but every league player gets paid the same per game. They did that so they knew every week how much was going out and could keep under the salary cap. If every player was on a different pay they wouldnt be able to keep a track of payments. JJ was not happy because he believed he deserved more so he left. Alot of Glenelg players and coaches were glad to see the back of him.

That’s slightly different to what I’ve been told .
End of the day it’s not me an Eagles fan whinging here
Just a Glenelg fan complaining about the Eagles taking players
Again JJ had left Glenelg so why whinge
Again macgregor had left Glenelg so why whinge
Again as shown Lewis had left Glenelg why whinge
Wouldn’t it have been better if they were required players when they played for Glenelg the club took steps to keep them.
Instead we have disgruntled Glenelg fans blaming the Eagles

Im not whinging im just telling the facts. I heard it from the blokes mouth all the times he was bitching about the coaches. Im not a Glenelg fan either

Eagles will remain within the salary cap, dunno what people are going on about. And to prove it, here's a pic of the Eagles' current salary cap, as modeled by Abraham Lincoln.

Why he left not my issue not my problem

But you keep going on about it so it must be some deep seated problem within your psyche?

You know for a fact Lewis, McGregor, Day weren't required players but still decided to leave on their own volition.

You seem to a lot about the list management at Glenelg to make statements that they weren't required - once again it seems to be an issue for you.

I'm sure you'll respond that I'm just another Glenelg fan whinging about the Eagles

Maybe we should get together and discuss the whys and where-fors on how to win finals given the predilection of our cubs to lose the un-loseables in the major round?
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Ok so why did they leave Glenelg ?
My understanding Lewis and Macgregor were playing country football after for whatever reasons they left Glenelg
JJ was going to play in a suburban league
So if Glenelg needed just these players why were they in the country or suburban clubs .

Why meet me I’m boring as whatever and one hit I’m dead if you or if anyone wants a fist fight I’m not the guy one head punch I’m dead .
If your team can’t win finals and my team can’t win finals doubt I can make a difference

Calm down mate. noone has said they want to punch you.... Geez its xmas, time to be happy not get all if someone wants to punch me crap. Im sure most people on here dont go the biff becasue of a few SA Footy Forum posts
