We would have to have the worse list going around!

Be surprised if we win couple of games, think bottom two finish this year.

Hope the crowds don't drop off too much when we start losing!

I can certainly see where youre coming from with worst list.
But Weatherald, hasnt been given a go yet, should have the weapons to be successful at this form. The top 5 are ok, albeit inconsistent, they may just click and away we go. Bowling has 3 international standard players in Stanlake, Rashid and Laughlin but then falls away, i dont see what they see in Neser with the ball, hes good for 2 overs for 30, i dont know oconnor, whats he bowl? Siddle, meh average T20 bowler. So to sum that up we could be at either pointy end haha. Cant afford any injuries to the top 3 bowlers
Weatherald will definitely be the one watch, enjoyed watching bat for the Redbacks on the live stream during shield games, strikes the ball so cleanly so keen to see how he goes in T20 cricket.

Stanlake international standard? Can't agree with you there Daisy, I don't rate him at all to be honest. Neser has been real good for Queensland but yeah finds it hard going in T20, probably because he bowls at a pace that comes on the bat comfortably.

When Head, and potentially Carey get called away for international duty the batting line-up will be an absolute shambles.

Hopefully we don't come up against any teams as strong as the Redbacks squad made up of players with no BBL contracts

The Redbacks didn't have any imports

Just a squad of fringe players and rookies

Massive Pressure on the imports then if the locals can't get it done against a side that couldn't get a gig elsewhere in the country.

The opposite I reckon.

The Redbacks guys had literally nothing to play for

The Strikers guys are trying to win their spot for the first game

Unless Head/Weatherald go ballistic or these imports turn out to be jets we're in a lot of trouble.
