If you don't want to move take a lift!

Probably my no 1 hate: People who don't know how to "Keep Left Unless Overtaking" in 80km/hr + rds where its clearly marked.

Even worse people who drive at 85kph on the SE Freeway in the 100 zone and about 95 in the 110 zone and sit in the middle lane rather than the left one presumably in case they get stuck behind a truck in the left - AND those who pass them about 5kph faster and clog up the right lane...

I've taken to using the almost empty left lane ready to weave across when I spot a truck well ahead.

If you don't want to move take a lift!.

No, the escalators are moving so you don’t have to walk - otherwise they’d be stairs.

People who do 50 in a 60 zone, irrespective of which lane they're in. I see it all the time when I drive down Main North Road between Gepps Cross and the start of the parklands. If you're gonna go slow, sure, drive in the left hand lane, but if you are capable of driving at 50 then 60 is not a quantum leap of risk exposure and driving skill. If you're not feeling comfortable driving at 60, then you shouldn't have a license.

Perfect compromise - everyone who wants to stand still just stands on the left and leaves the right side for people to walk past.

That reminds me of another shitsworthy thing - two people standing abreast on an escalator blocking everyyone else's right to pass. A real pain in the arse if you're in a hurry.

Almost two decades ago. Just taken my first ever ride on the London tube. Was riding the escalator up out of my destination station when I heard a loud "tut" behind me. Apparently I was standing on the walking side. I switched sides rapidly and apologized to the miserable cow behind me, who trudged past me with no further recognition of my existence. Nevermind that we were the only 2 people on the escalator at the time, and she could simply have walked around.

Just imagine if it was a footy topic. Rucci would have a two page exclusive analysis on it pointing out how its our fault and to be careful what we wish for.

Yep, Rucci gives them to me.

Just an observation on how other cultures deal with this albeit minor issue (first world problems) not sure that qualifies as being precious.
