Sucks he couldn't see the season out .. imagine we'll go after Mahrez now

Heavily into Lemar from Monaco but he will cost a large chunk of the Coutinho money. For me Mahrez is a better player and at £45-50m compared to £95m he is a much better option

Lemar is 8-10 years younger than Mahrez. I’d be going after the potential 5-10 year player over the 2-3 year player. In saying that my mate in London said all the talk is about Mahrez to Liverpool

I'm not sure that matters in today's game MH. Not many players stay at the top clubs longer than 3-4 years.
Your mates right, all the talk is Mahrez to Lverpool. Mahrez has also put in a transfer request.

What about Ozil to Man U in the summer?
Gunners will have to seriously splash some cash if they lose both Sanchez and Ozil. The problem you have is Wenger's recruitment hasn't exactly set the footballing world on fire and do you really want him spending £200m in the summer on players with 3-4 year contracts when it is likely he won't be there to see them out.

Liverpool need a goalie and a couple of decent defenders to be able to compete for trophies. Mahrez at half the price of Lemar would allow them to add atleast another player. FSG are pretty tight so won’t splash out heaps

2 penalties to Forest will have Wenger cursing. If only Lee had been in charge.

After Watford's late equaliser was pushed into the goal by hand, is it time to use VAR in EPL. Saints robbed of the 3 points. Watford player will have to live with that for a while.

Farsical. He’ll be reminded when we play them in the next round of the cup.

Reds put an end to City's unbeaten season, in usual Liverpool heart attack style.

Gunners beaten at Bournemouth and drop 8 points behind the top 4.

All 4 of Liverpools goals were fantastic, seemed like one hell of a game looking at the highlights.
A bad result for Spurs but the Bournemouth result made up for it. :D

Can we sell our manager to them instead? Have a look at the way Adelaide played last night compared to our useless lifeless team. Have a bit of heart and play for the club instead of for the coin. As bad as Wenger has been for the last half a dozen years, the players need to start taking a lot of responsibility as well

I get the sentiment, but CL qualification is pretty important for the $$ and attracting better players. Hope we can qualify, but 4 clubs fighting for 3 spots means someone decent is gonna miss out.
