At the very least to replace Darcy's stereo and any of Chelseas prezzies which should now be kept at yours.

Having known the financial crap that the ex-mcqueen put you through, i'd be suggesting that she doesn't see a cent of any of it. (sorry)

The stereo will be living with us.

Yeah, those wounds have now healed but the the scars are there for reminders. I'm thankful I came out in a better world after the storm.

Kind of hard with it not being my house, I don't get involved with my ex's life whatsoever, she has a partner and they can do as they please, I know what I would've done upon return.

Really sorry to hear that LM. How the hell does someone not have contents insurance? I can kinda get it if you are a single person living in a share house or something where all your possessions are just in one room but a family? That’s incredibly irresponsible

Hope it all works out well for you

I've got Bose gear at home ( 501's ), I recall discussing it and a former poster ( Hi TSG ) suggested it was crap.

Pretty sure my neighbours wouldn't, or perhaps they would, agree. :D

Sounds like something my mother-in-law would say...

When Mrs. C. was cooking dinner one night, MIL said "When are you presenting dinner to us?"

What was she expecting, a stage show?

When we go to pay at self services @ Woolies it says on the eftpos thingy "present card" I introduce to my card to the machine, if it's @ Coles it says "tap card" so I tap my card, anyone with me just shakes their head in disgust.

All thanks to shows like ******* MasterChef. Everything, no matter how functional and mundane, now gets to have its own piece of jargon.

If we have to have it, then I guess you could say @JK has had a couple of recent dining experiences where he was well within his rights to 'plate down' his meal all over the manager.
