Kids are pretty bloody resilient. It will take time for their little minds to process it all, but make sure you stay strong and continually re-enforce to them that despite the fact mummy and daddy no longer live together, both yourself and your ex have so much love for each of them.

Really feeling for you, mate. Here if you need, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

I have no words that can help you, and I have really no idea of exactly what you are going through. All I can say is seek some professional help, and keep talking with mates. Don't bottle it up. You will get through it mate....

Feel for you mate, had to do the same a few years ago but mine were 17 and 14 so it was probably a lot easier for me and the ex to explain it.
Thoughts with you mate, if it's any consolation my best years have been since I split up with the mum of my kids.

I can't stand this woman. Why does she whisper-talk all the time?

I'd much rather the Toyota lady.

There's just no need for the constant whispering she does.

What, banging* on about extended warranties, on-road costs and bloody plate sales? No thanks.

However, she might have a chance if she slowly whispered the lyrics to Led Zeppelin’s ‘Trampled Under Foot’...

I got stuck behind the mongrels training last Saturday - I did 25km per hour pretty much the whole way from Gummy to Birdwood. With next to no overtaking along the whole way, the asshats wouldn't even attempt to go single file, despite my horn blaring at them practically the whole time.

I'm surprised I didn't end up on some dash cams website or the news for new levels of road rage :?

Actually gave me a pretty funny picture of you raging out
