Couple of drops at Plympton but that’s all!
Nice and cool though but doubt it’ll stay like that.

The South Australian Cricketers with an Intellectual Disability team won the grand final of the National Cricket Inclusion Championships on Friday in Geelong.

SA was steered to victory over a formerly undefeated Queensland side, by skipper Chris McQueen who smashed 83 runs off just 59 balls.
After a slow start for SA, with both openers falling for a duck, they made their way to a defendable total of 3/120 after 20 overs.

Luke Goodman then executed an inspired spell, claiming figures of 3/11, helping to dismiss Queensland for just 98 runs on the penultimate ball of their innings.

The South Australian Deaf and Hard of Hearing Team have won their division in the National Cricket Inclusion Championships on Friday in Geelong.

Taking on Victoria, who earlier in the week had bowled SA out for just 34, SA managed an amazing turnaround, beating their grand final opponent by six wickets.

Sending Victoria in to bat first, SA bowlers Gavin Connor (3/10) and Justin Millard (3/4) helped to bowl the Vics out for 109 on the final ball.

Starring in the chase for SA was Luke Trudgett with 44 off 29 balls, including nine boundaries, while Justin Millard (20 not out) and Connor (7 not out) steered their side to victory.

After winning the NCIC blind division last year, the SA Blind and Vision Impaired team missed out on a spot in the final this tournament, while the Cricketers with an Intellectual Disability team also won their division.

Were you actually watching?

They both played extremely well and Halep was affected by a leg injury too yet kept playing a very high level.

Great stuff though trying cut someone down the millisecond it’s over instead of saying how well wozniaki played

I know a few of these guys through footy, and they're ripping blokes. They deserve all the accolades they get.

Sitting on the couch yesterday started to watch the cricket (1st ball) when a mate rings and says he has found some cheap tickets online to watch Roger play. We jumped in the car and drove the hour and a half to the airport, booking flights on the way to get the 4pm plane to Melbourne.
Was amazing being there and so glad I went. Managed to get close enough to eyeball the goat afterwards on one of his walks.
Went to the Crown about 3am and won $350 in 1 punt ($10 on #18 on first roulette table I saw), put in pocket and caught taxi to airport to get the 6.00am flight (plus half hours sleep on the window sill) to get to work by 9am.
Crazy day, but well worth it!
