Jake ball sucks. I thought when I saw him in England he had a lot of talent but Christ he bowls powder puffs.

Not time for him to be moved on yet, but if he hasn't been told already he's needs reminded that he's overdue (if he hasn't worked it out for himself).
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

He's one of only a few that play all 3 forms for Australia, give him a few weeks off to spend with his family and clear his mind, you don't lose raw talent, you do lose interest though when things become a chore.

Yes, the money would be enough incentive but it would be taxing continually on the move.

Totally correct.... same applies to Smith and Starc who also looked in need of an extended break. Players on both teams who performed best were those who did not have a taxing Test series leading up to the ODIs.

764 runs at 42.

Take out the dead rubbers and it isn't too appealing.

3x 100's and 1x 50 from 18 innings isn't too appealing either - as an opener, you'd hope he was at least converting more starts to 50's.. 4/18 scores of 50+ is less that a quarter of the times he's gone to the crease (22%)!
