The dude dropped a crap on stage and then ate it.

In Port Adelaide Enfield. It came up through the building inspection process from the buyer. Seems to have been told that council will make them rip it down type scenario and now they want it approved before it settlesMagellan wrote:mickey wrote:I need a draftsman.. or something similar.

Quick question for you, mickey. From what I can tell the council has asked you to obtain a retrospective approval for the verandah - did they issue you with any formal paperwork?
Also, just out of interest - what council are you in?

I hope they're not as stupid as they seem and its just a part of their brain that doesn't work, or maybe something to do with their upbringing.
It'd be a shame if it was lost to the Aussie way of life but Gen Z do seem more on the ball about it.

Good question! Not looking forward to them though, every 2nd generation seems the worst.

According to my brief research, I am a Gen Y or a millennial kid, although I don't identify with many of the traits that seem to embody it.

Very. Especially if you live at Casa di Lisa at the minute.
I've got this random black cat hidng in the front yard becuase it's discovered a virtual smorgy.
Sits stealth like in the bushes, then when a poor unsuspecting bird lands on my birdbath to take a drink, he pounces ninja-style and BAM! He's got breakfast/lunch/dinner.
Council can't help with a trap for at least a couple of weeks so trying to figure out how the hell to try and keep this at bay before I never see a bird at my place again. Poor buggers.
