True, North go from bottom, to second bottom, then back to bottom. It's a real rollercoaster ride out at Prospect!

A real rollercoaster ride out at Prospect would be much more entertaining to watch.

As a Port Magpie supporter I’ve seen more premiership cups than you’ve had hot dinners! ;)

This is a surprise:

Seven-time Bulldogs premiership coach Laird said he was hopeful Mahoney would add to Central District’s midfield depth this year.

The Bulldogs finished fourth last season after reaching a semi-final.

“I haven’t seen vision of Brody, but reports are around his ball-winning ability and he’s competitive and a good tackler,” Laird said.

Wouldn't be surprised if Ryan Williams has provided feedback - playing in the same comp (for Anglesea). I'd also suspect some contacts of the Gowans boys have contributed to the information we've received on him and the other Colac recruit we've picked up.
Just a guess.

Well the Gowans for sure know a good footballer.

Centrals seemed to have had a harder time recruiting this year. I expect them to be up the top again.

Apparently, another recruit (unnamed but from Williamstown) had glowing things to say about Mahoney that piqued Roy's interest.

Probably a bit early for ins and outs for 2019 but expect Troy Menzel to line up for Central next year.
