The small one is the same thing, but that's mine to keep.

Do they have a 3rd one to stay in the club?

We dont have a clubrooms, so there's no trophy cabinet to keep it in. Thats why I take the big one.

That's good then, we all like to have the big one but have to settle for having the little one as our own.

Laying West Indies in their WCQ Warm Up game against the Afgan's last night when WI had them 8/82, layed them for $1k @ $1.02 (cost me $20, no one can trust the Windies!) they ended up 180 odd and bowled the Windies out for 110  ..... I set a back of $500 at $1.15 to lock in a profit, so a nice $500 profit in the account his morning :D

Its was more that who could trust/back the Windies at $1.02? Plus the Afgan's have a great bowling attack, so was just hoping at some stage they got out to $1.15 to lock in a small profit

Yeah, I'd sit there waiting for the right time and then get sidetracked watering the garden or something and stuff it all up.

They had drifted out to $1.07 when I went to bed, you can set a bet and leave it to be matched, in hindsight I wish I hadn't as I would have been $1k richer this morning

Left the office around 9 and have just spent the morning taking an old English chap and his Thai wife on a tour through the Port and down around Outer Harbour, stopped for a coffee at the kiosk at Largs, came back along the beaches and back into the office around noon.

My boss' father-in-law and his wife, lovely people. He's 82, loves his cricket ( didn't enjoy the Ashes ), she's 68, Thai, loves her seafood and loves coming here for the blue swimmers and tommies ( I put her onto the tommies last trip and she can't believe how good tommies are ).

Very appreciative of the little tour and on a day like today I could think of worse things to be getting paid to do.

Seems to be a lack of golf and alcohol in the story, but otherwise I tend to agree Pirate!
