I need to know, when does it reach a point I take him to the hospital, or do I just monitor his temp and see how he goes?

Thanks mate! Much appreciated!
Got a locum out, suggested nurofen and paracetamol, and monitor breathing/temp over night, he’s booked into the GP first thing in the morning. Appears just a nasty virus, and it’s not overly bothering him except the cough and hard to settle.
Temp has come down to 38.3 after nurofen & dimertapp (Dr said use both together lol), so hopefully continues to drop.

nuggety goodness wrote:thanks guys but I'm thinking Friday night after work and after little miss' second last feed for the night. So we'll be leaving Craigmore at about 5:30-6:00.
We don't drink so coffee and cake/dessert is my thinking.
a few of the Semaphore cafe's aren't open at that time and coffee Barun is in the same boat (although they do great coffee, I agree)

So Im thinking its probably possum(s) or possibly rat(s).
Whats the best way to proceed in getting rid of whatever is up there? I believe possums are a protected species - Im thinking it would be best to just get a pest exterminator who knows what theyre doing....do some people specialise in getting rid of possums from roof/ceiling cavity, or would any "pest exterminator"do this type of thing?
Anyone had recent experience with this type of thing?
