My OCD itch doesn't extend to the bowser, which is a little odd as I'm infatuated with numbers.

The casino closing all of its upstairs bars less than 30 minutes before 60,000 possible patrons come walking over the bridge last night.

You have to prepay with your card at Costco, mind you it was 33c per litre cheaper the other day.

yeah, but you just overestimate how much you will take if you want to fill up. its pre authorisation rather than a pure prepay, so if you dont fill as much as the dollars you have chosen, it doesnt charge the full amount, only what you spent.

when we are heading off on a trip i think i give the people behind me there the shits. roll up to the bowser and pull out 5, 20 litre jerry cans to fill, along with the 4wdrive and the faces in line behind me drop a bit  depending on how much cheaper the fuel is at the time i can nearly save enough in 1 trip to pay for the costco membership for the year!

Thanks for that, I was unsure what happens if I fill before the end.

Who cares about those behind you, f*** all line up during the day anyway and I've seen enough brain dead idiots waste ten minutes because they are simply too stupid to operate any form of device.

I held off of a Costco membership for ages but strongly recommend one to anyone, I love the place, a work colleague reckons he saves at least the $60 per year on petrol alone.

Wont happen unfortunately mate, not a huge journey though, make sure you grab a slice of pizza on your way out.

The $1.99 hot dog and bottomless drink is a good deal too, as long as you do it prior to going in.

I can't believe how the asians sit at the onion dispenser winding it until it's empty into a bag to take home, i know announce loudly what they are doing so everyone looks and they take off in embarrassment.

Couldn't be bothered going to Costco when I lived at Prospect.
Had a free members card to use too.
My time is worth more than what I would have saved there.

Spot on, LM.

Mrs. C. and I only fill up at Costco, and we love the $2 hotdog and refillable drinks inside the place.

Getting to Churchill Rd is a pain in the arse even when you live on a street off Churchill Rd! Can fully understand why you wouldn't bother from the south.

I’ve never been but have heard plenty of good things about it.

If cheap hot dogs and refillable drinks are the best thing I’ll pass, can’t stand hotdogs and don’t drink soft drinks.

I want it for the US foods like Buffalo Wing Sauce (someone bought me a carton in January  )

oh, i dont care about those behind me. i just love the look of sadness on their faces as they see how much im going to fill up. still reckon i take less time than most though as im organised. already have my debit card and costo card in hand etc. no fishing around for them and i usually also have a kid with me to put the lids onto the jerrys, and then return them to the back of the car.

and agreed with the value. we dont go there often, but certainly get more value back than the cost of the membership.

Normally I'd despise people who keep others waiting and smile at inconveniencing others but I tips my lid to you tipper if you're doing it at Costco! :D

LOL, hardly the big attraction, each to their own though, we like saving money and it's only a few minutes away so it suits us.

Empty Masters Hardware building next to IKEA....

Speaking of IKEA can't go wrong with their hot breakfast, bowl of cooked mushrooms and a FU iced coffee and get change from a blue swimmer!
