I deal with lots and lots and lots of people, it can be quite embarrassing if someone in an office greets you by name and you have no idea what their name, remembering names, especially early in relationships, can be hard.

Our manufacturing system has a CRM function ( Customer Relationship Manager ) and it's used by our Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide offices to keep tabs on customers. Some of the descriptions people put into the CRM is brilliant.

Usually it's "Project Manager, Collingwood fan, third office from reception" type stuff, but there is also "Wanker, flat out wanker with shit teeth who reckons he's a chance with the hot receptionist". :lol:

Sea Shepherd's the ' MY Steve Irwin' ship has docked at McLaren Wharf, Port Adelaide and they're doing free ship tours from 11am-4pm on the 10th, 11th, 12th & 17th March.

I rate my son getting called up to work at a function at Adelaide Oval next Monday after his first night there was last Wednesday at the Ed Sheeran concert. His first ever job and I'm super proud he's doing well as he's had some hard times in recent years.

Our company contracting a former manager to go through the place with a fine toothed comb and weed out our inefficiencies, hopefully a few heads will roll, usually the case but it's been a while since our last arthroscope.
