I haven't liked Lyon bowling around the wicket. Bowls too straight.

Nathan Lyon you silly bastard, wound him up and look what happened. Fantastic innings by a great player.

De Villiers is a gun... a level above all the BS.

Need 350 to 400 in this innings. Will be easier than the first innings. Who is going to step up? Is Khwaja going to save his Test career? Can Warner shut out all the distractions? Can Smith turn his good starts into something of substance?

Tests are all about mental toughness... I am looking 4wd to see who can show it...

Bet Lyon feels like a dick now!! This proves my point further from last week

Was absolutely pointless by him that was going to gain absolutely zero advantage in any form. It's all it's done is wake him up

I hope Lyon has learnt his lesson and go back to being the bloke Australia admired

G Smith was talking that Australia needed to go after the bowling while the ball was new.

I think that we need to leave it alone and be patient. They looked very revved up and are getting enough movement. AB showed the pitch is still playing well.

Rabada has started this 2nd innings nicely. Bowling with some serious zip, the pitch doing a bit.

Sean Pollock at the break:

Rabada needs to just keep bowling as he will not play in the next two tests.

What an impressive start to his career... anger management apart. The greatest SR of any bowler ever and just 22. SA have a history of producing decent pacemen and it will be interesting to watch his progress.

Having said that I am sure the delivery he just dismissed marsh with wouldnt be one of his best...
