Pretty ridiculous he got off but it’s very good for the series :D hopefully Starc gets over his injury issue for the 3rd test so both teams are at full strength again.

What Jim said. His priors and bad record is what got him to this point.

It will be Jhye, Chadd is there as back up for Hazlewood.

Chadd will always be the back up to the back up unfortunately

Not necessarily, Richardson got the nod ahead of the Chadd because the selectors thought Starc or Cummins were more likely to break down than Hazlewood, they already had Bird as his back up as like for like, Richardson's raw pace seemed more apt as a replacement for the other two, I didn't like it initially but could see their point.

Whether we agree with it or not, Bird trumped the Chadd against the Redbacks when there was an opening, in the end the Bird ended up being a poor man's Hazlewood which proved pointless with only one genuine quick.

Didn't want anything to do with the short stuff prior to that and then he does that so that wicket was a real shock. Just threw his wicket away.

de Villiers looking real good, just has so much time and is a pleasure to watch. Played a couple of fantastic shots off deliveries you wouldn't consider as bad balls.
