Had an amazing moment before. I was in the kitchen and My youngest walks in and stands next to me and says “I missed you daddy”. Out of no where. Melted my heart. Soz for the heart felt shit but it was incredible


I also rate, feeling a lot better about myself. Still got work to do. But it’s getting a bit easier every day. Have bad days still, but the lows aren’t as low as they used to be. Thank you everyone on here for being magnificent. You know who you are

Enjoying a watery lager to wash down my Calamari lunch with son and future DIL while Mrs C & Miss C shop in the city. Hitting the spot a little to well just now!
