Only in the last year have I started doing it and really only became aware of it the other night when my missus woke me up in the kitchen which is the other end of the house. The next morning she found a knife and fork in the fridge! [emoji38]
Previously I've come too in the ensuite and in the walk in absolutely lost.
Luckily I live in a very quiet neighbourhood so if I go for a walk down the street I should be fairly safe!
I'm guessing it's a result of a combination of a skin full and my heart medication.
I'm a sleep walker.... even ventured out the front yard in the early hours of the morning stark naked. Don't think I eat in my sleep, but do just about everything from talking to special cuddles with the mrs...

Can be quite interesting when i get asked if i remember anything about last night when i wake up in the morning

I used to when I was a kid. I once tried to saw my brothers feet off with my hand. My mum heard me making sawing noises and came in to find out what was going on. She asked my why I was trying to saw his feet off and I told here it was because I couldn’t saw his head off. **** knows what I must have been doing to him. Bro was blissfully unaware of how lucky he was that I didn’t try the knife drawer first.

On another night my mum heard singing coming from the kitchen. When she came in she found me perched on top of the larder unit singing and playing the air guitar. When she asked me what I was doing I told her I was Cat Stevens

There were so many other times...

To sleep walk you need to sleep first. My sleep pattern is atrocious at the moment, I get 6-8 hours a night but in 1.5-2 hour blocks at best.

I have the same problem, except I get maybe 3-4 hours. Note it’s currently 1:15 here now. It doesn’t seem to bother me that much these days.
And of course, the more you think about needing to go to sleep the harder it seems to do so.

The next time I do this, I'll tell the missus that I'm actually stone cold sober, just sleepwalking.

Depends how new it is, usually 2 but you can use 3 on newer models (depends on the actual laptop though, obviously)
Consult the user manual for your model.
