This morning on NE Rd heading to town there were blokes paving the FOOTPATH.
Traffic control had a 25kmh zone, which is fine, but then closed 2 of the 3 lanes.
So they basically had 7m between any traffic and the the kerb.
You cant seem to go anywhere these days without a 25km zone on the way
Anyway, that's today's edition of what grinds my gears

DPTI control it but if it is in a roadworks zone like Darlington or Torrens, then the project dictates it. Not sure what happens with someone like a contractor paving a footpath
edit: they need to let DPTI and the council know about it before doing it
