Well that explains a few things , we had SPP, Westy and Hewitt out training our boys tonight at Flaggy, I just brought the boys in for a chat and SPP was right next to me, phone rings...all the boys laugh and he says "shit sorry I need to take this" was on the phone on the boundary for a good 15 mins then got in the car and left. Seemed unusual as he was very friendly and keen [the PAFC staff member said he regularly volunteers to do these visits over and above what he is asked to do].

This was about 5.50pm so obviously the club or him had no idea prior.

Sorry but I’ve been out enough times to enough places to see what goes on early hours and how much females and males alike can behave - especially where alcohol/drugs are involved.. shit talk to anyone who works in bars or clubs and they’ll tell you half the shit ransoms get up to.

I worked pubs for years, the things I saw footballers do (from various AFL/SANFL clubs) would make you sick.
I’m not saying he’s guilty or not guilty but to say at this early stage without knowing many facts that she’s “chasing 5 mins of fame” is just plain wrong, rude & poor form.

Agree I’ve seen some acts that aren’t great out in clubs from footballers from higher levels. I certainly don’t condone any of this type of behavior but unfortunately for the girl going down the path she has raises all types of speculation.

In terms of social media they’ll both cop plenty.

Not directed at you Spargo, but its a bit hypocritical when people have a crack at comments such as 'she's chasing her 5 minutes of fame', and then base their argument around 'things they have seen footballers do'.

If you ask a fence sitter like myself, both are equally as plausible.
