So Rorys missus is up the duff. Does this change anything in terms of staying with the crows.

Let them move to Victoria to live, fly him back for the main training session each week, the guys motivated enough to do his other training during the week.

some club will do this sooner rather than later, good way around all this going home to family stuff, let em go home, but still play where they are currently, will soon put a stop to all this i'm homesick crap
You cant change your past but you can sure hell shape you future

A twitter account (AFL Shouter) is claiming Sloane is on his way to Melbourne next season due to the pregnancy and the club and him have come to an agreement for him to leave.

A very easy scenario to come to and could quite possibly be true. No doubt Rory and Belinda are working through all that and you wouldn't begrudge them if they did decide to head home to raise their family.

however, the rumours of his return to melbourne have dried up to basically nothing. Even now after the baby announcement i haven't heard any reports from our victorian 'journalists'.

If he goes he goes. Just make sure of a equivalent player comes in, usually from Carlton so Cripps will do.

Maybe JK, bring in another mid fielder with another year into Greenwood, Galluci, Paholke, CEY and both Crouch’s fit might be enough mids

No Cripps, we’ll take Charlie Curnow

My mail says he's going to Geelong and you'll get Jordan Murdoch as a straight swap. Bloody good deal if you ask me.

In all seriousness though, I reckon he's basically signed, sealed and delivered at Collingwood. Missus gets a great opportunity to further her media career with Channel 9. Geez the Crows have lost some guns over the years. Imagine if they were all still playing? Probably would have won the last 5 flags.
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep
Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.

Imagine playing him as a forward in your side & having 6 talls in your forward line.
Walker, Jenkins, Fogarty, Lynch, McGovern, Curnow. No need for small forwards ;)

As much as it’ll hurt losing him. Might not be a bad outcome assuming we’ll get a first round pick as compensation, they’re predicting this draft to be a super draft. We’ll have 3 first round picks to play with. He gave 10 great years of service and is coming to back end of his career. Should free up some space in the salary cap as well
