Sitting on a chair out the front of our cabin on the sand just watching the world go by. Still waters, little or no breeze, perfect temperature. We're staying an extra couple of days next year.

After tackling a few shops in the near future and washing the car, I can see a day filled with booze, tunes, watch the Grand finalists in action, im thinking lamb shoulder roast for dinner....

The Father In Law dropped a lamb down to me on the weekend, had a shank adjoining a bit of brisket that didn't fit into the freezer that I thought I'd give to the animals.

I took it out of the bag and it looked very meaty so I decided to jazz it up a little and chuck it in the oven at 150, 90 minutes later I'm eating the most tender roast lamb I've ever tried with a yiros flavoured marinade injected through it, lunch today and dinner tonight aswell.
