33 pts today

Missed a couple of easy putts

My $8 auction purchased offset 5w worked a treat today....

It was a day that should have been so much more.....

Finished off with a chip in for birdie from 25m....must admit it felt a bit thin but we got the desired result!

Snuck out this arvo for a hit.
Heading down the 9th and I run into a regular playing partner.
Turns out we both rolled up at similar times...
So we ended up playing 18.
Golf was ok. Weather was perfect.

Hit an 80 at Murray Bridge on Sunday, hit it very inconsistent but snagged a couple of birdies which cut the damage down.

Officially down to 10 (10.5 to 10.1). Only 0.7 to go to get that elusive single figure. Best I've got to is 9.6.

Friday weather looks average for benny, Diss and myself at Mt Osmond. Any excuse will do.

Actually hit them ok at the range last night, not long, but straight and the short irons were cherry ripe.
PAFC. Forever.

Wet greens....will be perfect and receptive for the short irons that Boon has dialled in.

No excuses now that he has talked up a big game!

And no one will notice if you spill your beer on the wet greens.

Seeing I can see the O'halloran Hill range from my backyard I have little excuse not to use their facilities!

Its ok.
But the simulator suggested i get back spin from a bunker.....i dont get back spin on any shots....and putting isnt great.

But outside of that its good fun and you get feedback on distance, club head speed etc and can play some of the great courses of the world and pick your weather conditions.

Currently they have a promo for friday nights. 3hrs for $200 for 6 players.

There is a Drummonds about 20 minutes from my place that has one of these sets ups. Could be a good rainy day idea.
