So given this one got 6, it was actually worth two life bans.[/joke]

Or given another got 4 but deserved nothing, could be worth 2!

You play with fire you get burned. Whether the guy got one week, one year or a life ban. Don't be a d*ck and you won't get suspended.
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.

There's a fair bit of this at play.

It's not the AFL, not many who make genuine footballing mistakes get suspended

Excellent call Jo. We all have to go to work on Monday and whilst it does stray at times not many in context are reported when they shouldn't be.

Whilst I do agree with the above in that generally, if you get reported, you probably deserve to be there, I don't agree that you can read too much more into it than that

There is also the one that clubs who maintain a bad rep over a sustained period of time have no one else to blame

21 Sausage Rolls for Trev. I have a mate of mine who had 15 kicked on him by Trev in under 14’s who would be eternally grateful of this outcome.

Drove past the Den on the way down to Porties today, looked like a good crowd.

When there's a chance of a win the crowd comes. We've been starved of wins for the past 8 or so years, and there's a heap of new players that hang around for a few brews and watch the A's. And there was some interest to see if Trev could break the club goalkicking record of 17. He had it at 3/4 time. Finished with 21.

Can I just point out how much more enjoyable B Grade football is?

Short quarters. Finished by 2. Relaxed. Good vibes.

Why do we play time on in the A grade?

Is there even any benefit in the lower divisions i.e 5/6/7?

Flat 22min quarters would at least help prevent some of the cricket scores that occur.

Indeed, our horrific year in D7 the amount of goals that were put on us in the last 10 minutes of every quarter were mind boggling as the fitness levels started kicking in.

Pretty confident some 20 - 30 goal hammerings could have been restricted to 10 goal hammerings.
