Why?
He kicked 2 goals out of a total of 11 and was 1 of 3 multiple goal scorers. He provides a target and takes the opposition's best defender. Sounds like a keeper to me.

Both goals came when the game was done and dusted. Blew earlier opportunities. Presents hard etc, but there comes a time when you need to offer more than that.

I probably would have given Biemans the Butler/Girdham Medal, and given Liddle the Joel Selwood Medal.

Easy to criticise and fashionable to sink the boots in to this particular player. Butch seems to be everyone's whipping boy. A goal is a goal is a goal and is worth 6 points no matter when or how they are kicked. Butch would be in my side every week.

He always seemed to play well against us and kick goals. I was happy when he was recruited to play for Centrals.

Liddle , perhaps the most underated player in the competition and in my opinion our clubs most valuable player.Yesterday as always, puts his head over the footy and really earned every possession(25), he received 2 free kicks for the day..........?.

After a promising start we went missing for nearly a half of the game.
This is happening all too often, we are just an average team that like last year are just making up the numbers.

Liked the games of Liddle, Davis (having a much better year), Biemans, Fields. Young Fitt looks like he'll be a player, smooth mover and smart decision maker. Debutant Krueger kicked a couple of goals, including a beauty from outside 50 to seal the win.

Below average crowd and atmosphere was lacking. Very small turn out of South supporters which is a concern. Perfect weather for it too..

That would be pleasing for some West fans. Both clubs should be embarrassed.

Another awful Noarlunga crowd, following on from the Ravens' debacle. TV coverage would have turned some away, but the nice weather might have enticed others.

I like that the club has put a catering van near the outhouse, but heard the ground had run out of pies just after 1/2 time. Surprising given the small crowd.

While i'm complaining, the merchandise stand is a very half-hearted effort now, nothing compared to what it was when Nelsons were looking after it. Not much stock and it wasn't manned at 1/4 time.

On the plus side the egg and bacon sandwich under the shelter was excellent. 8)

South should never play Saturday home games, when if ever will the SANFL get that through their thick skulls?

Crap crowd . What else do you need clarification on. In case you have been living under a rock but South also have a small supporter base like West and Eagles. That is just how it is mate .
