I'd love for Port to play in the Grand Final slot.

Says more about Worstfolds no kids policy. Everyone else has no problems bringing in kids from the VFL but we get the same old crocks every week.

Watch the Blues and Lions break their ducks this week.
Richmond to put a line through North
West Coast to give GWS more pain
Adelaide to put Port to the sword
Fremantle will be up and about and Fyfe/Sandi combo will pull the Saints pants down
Melbourne will beat Gold Coast but it will be very ugly
Pies Cats and Hawks Swans will be belters to bookend the weekend. Cats and Hawks for me

Takes me back to the Bryce Gibbs cup in 2006.
Not much has changed in that time for Carlton unfortunately.

I think Port will win especially if Todd Marshall comes to watch. That will really motivate them IMO

This week's showdown would have been a perfect Thursday night game, instead of having a shitload of games on the saturday

I'd love to see a showdown get Thurs/Fri night. I guess AFL are worried about Melb TV audiences, worth a shot though surely.

Ahem, I got box tickets complete with a half time buffet, 4:40 Saturday is perfect for me, I've got an under 17 and B Grade umpiring appointment to suit which has plenty of upside.

This missus would've already started getting ready by the time I get home and spend the 12 minutes it takes me to shower, shave and dress.

We then walk 100 metres to catch the bus which drops us off outside our gates at Adelaide Oval.

We will probably end up in the city for post match drinks and make it home by 10 or 11.

I wouldn't have been able to accomplish this on a Thursday night.
