Yeah, get her done LOL.

Don't go to the Lyell Mc, I had a terrible experience with mine.

So you can book through the public system.

Did it cost you anything?
Did you have to time of work? Is it an overnight stay or in and out.

When It was snip o'clock for me I wanted just a local, but the Doc was pretty insistent he wanted to put me to sleep, so ended up giving me a "half-half" type arrangement. Was awake for it, but seriously off with the fairies. Bit of discomfort for a coupla days after, but not as bad as some of my mates had been telling me. Was a day procedure, took a half day off from work and was home by early evening from memory.

Yes.
No, I had day surgery, basically numbed the area but my dose must've been under odds.

Doctor "I can't continue if you keep moving"
Me "It's kinda hard not to when I can feel everything you're doing"
Dr "Well you shouldn't, I've given you enough anesthetic"
Me "Well I can feel two fingers resting on top of my left thigh right now"
"Dr "Nurse, get some more anesthetic please"

When I got home I went for a leak, as I pulled the front of my jocks down two stitches fell out.

At the end of the day the after pain wasn't as bad as others had made it out to be.

The dickheads at the Lyell Mc gave me a nurse pretty much fresh out of nursing school to go through the Q & A's, it was ridiculous so I asked some way out there questions, because I was quite young I had to go through a few appointments to plead my case.

Dr Richard Wells at South Terrance Urology did mine.

Couldn't be happier with how it all went, most of my pain and discomfort came from having a cyst removed from the right nut at the same time.

I recall the snip experiences being fairly well documented on here some time ago. If I had my time again, I wouldn’t do it.
