Only low grade strains apparently. Cotton wool them for Anzac day game then short turnaround, 4 days?

Mighty impressed with some of your younger and less experienced players last week. I think Thomas was very good through the middle and I like the look of Murray - Seems keen to have a crack.

Well, I think we've established what/who Collingwood are this season.
They're beating teams they should. And that's better than the last two seasons. Some of those teams we've been beating this season have been beating us in the past two seasons. That game against Brisbane, we would have lost last year.
Not world beaters, but improved and on the up.

Agreed. We haven't beaten the dogs for ages so a good sign.
Geez I was nervous Friday night early.
Not sure this slingshot style will work come finals as you are relying on the opposition coughing it up around half back.
Good teams don't cough it up..... like the dogs first quarter. We couldn't get it off em!

Get Lynch from the Suns in the front half with a fit Hoskin-Elliott, Stephenson, Moore and Fasolo and you've got something to work with.

How much longer are Wells, Mayne and Varcoe going to hold you down for? ( Ie contracts? )
PAFC. Forever.

LOOK OUT, WE'RE COMING!

Wells has one more, Mayne 2 years...if deals are back ended that isn't going to help their cap.

Varcoe's expires at seasons end

A good weekend is when the Pies win.
A very good weekend is when both Adelaide sides lose and the Pies win.
An even better weekend is when both Adelaide sides lose, the Pies win and we're ahead of them both on the ladder.

A real test. Possibly a season-defining match.

I'm heading over to Melbourne for the next Pies v Essendon game. Very much looking forward to that. My kids are going to love it.

Fantastic, I have been fortunate enough to see them twice in Melbourne this year after not watching them live for years. An advantage of letting my amateur footy take a back seat for once.
