That's when you casually pretend it never happened, limber up and go again.

Work suggesting I have tomorrow off, and giving me a ticket to the footy, wife heading away at 5am til Tuesday, no umpiring on Saturday.

I've been flat chat and pretty run down for the past couple of months so I'm really looking forward to doing FA!

Doing SFA is severely under rated, enjoy!

Heading off to Port Hughes first thing tomorrow morning, come back Monday night, only footy free weekend until late September. Haven't been up there for 2 years, can't wait. Nothing planned apart from golf, beer and relaxing.

Absolutely and I will, I actually come to work for a break.

Last weekend consisted of two games of umpiring at Long Plains on the Saturday soaking up most of the day then out of the house 8:30am Sunday morning returning at 3:30pm going to my kids' games.

Enjoy your leisure too mate, even the wife didn't bug me about not going with her, I'm not telling my kids either otherwise they'll think I need company, they can go to their mum's I think.

Yesterday was my last day of work until I start my new job in a couple of weeks. Enjoying Game 4 of the NBA Playoffs right now and off to Yorkes tomorrow. Back in time for the Bays on Monday, then pick up the missus from the airport Tuesday night after her week away for work.
