A great win. Off hand I cant recall South ever winning by a margin like todays. Crows had 11 AFL listed players, nice to play them for a change when they havent got 18+! South went in with a depleted lineup and played 2 debutants in Elms and Helyar...both young fellas from the local zone, both played quite well.
South have quite a few injuries at moment, but the young fellas who are getting an opportunity are certainly stepping up to the plate and having a crack.
Go Panthers.

Although the match didn’t resemble much more than a training run it was rather enjoyable to demolish to interlopers.

Nick Liddle getting better with age? Having a superb season. Cross and Brooksby again dominated, while Brown continues his strong recent form. A case of all played well. Pleasing to blood a couple more youngsters.

Some quite amazing statistical differentials in this match

South’s first triple figure win since Round 20, 2006 at Unley. We also smacked Port by 100+ that year, which I recall was the first time cars were allowed around the boundary at Noarlunga. On the flip side, South have lost 8 games by 100+ since 2006.

Ravens a rabble. No mentions of the match on their facebook page during the past 3-4 days. Piss poor promotion- but that’s for another thread.

Na, just blaming the SANFL and the restrictions around top-up players, judging by comments on another prominent footy forum. Starting to sound like Port supporters 8)

Found it interesting that their coach praised their efforts in today's paper.

Quite bizarre the Crows coach coming out and commenting with glorious praise of the lovely boys.
Wow ! If that was a good effort then they are in all sorts of strife.

Interesting to see a selection of Crows players watching the game on the Carpark hill who were observed to be laughing and looking pleased at 3/4 time.
These guys really could not care less about playing in the SANFL.

South very good and one of the most brutal performances by a South side I have seen in a long time.
They never gave the lovely boys a inch!

Lids, cross, brown, Davis, Brooksby, heaslip outstanding ....

Centrals a massive test away this weekend.
Is out of change.....thanks Cambridge Clarrie!!!

Got that right and nor should they be. It would be like a South player watching ammos without giving two shits about being there.

It's not that bigger call B&W, for me Nick is second behind Joel Cross, I was also a fan of Steve Kenna. South should build something at the ground and call it "The Joel Cross & Nick Liddle' pavilion such has been their input into our club.
