Real estate rental property managers!

We had our first inspection today (due at 6 months) having rented a townhouse now for nearly 8 months. Spent a fair chunk of last weekend cleaning bathrooms thoroughly, kitchen, oven etc... only for the agent to breeze through the joint in less than 5 minutes and not even take a decent look.

If I was the land lord and knew this I’d be pi55ed off. I sure hope our property manager in SA is a little more on the ball.
1961, 1971, 1976, 1978, 1983, 1986, 1988, 1989, 1991, 2008, 2013, 2014, 2015.... And don't you forget it!

As a regular of the Southern Expressway I am now keeping an eye out for rock throwers, have never noticed where they might be getting the rocks from until today :?

Regular concrete is between $150-200 per cubic metre........think spray-crete would be at least twice the price.......economies of scale suggests to find a different solution! Otherwise DPTI would be accused of throwing taxpayer dollars away willy nilly.
