Struggling to understand how Kruse keeps his place. Was absolutely terrible against Denmark.

27 degrees in Sochi which should suit us. I would be happy if it's nil all at half time as I think we can over power them in the last 30 mins

Lack of replacements!

While Arzani is going to be a Star I agree with Bert in that he wouldn’t have that same impact as a starter

Looking at the squad you're probably right. Petratos is the only other option, although even he can't be worse than Kruse. Perhaps we should have taken another winger to Russia...

France make 6 changes, including Hugo Lloris. Good to see Dembele in their team. Hopefully him and Griezman can light it up

Let’s hope fringe players play their hearts out to earn a spot in the starting line up

I’m praying that’s the case anyway lol

Not sure it favours anyone. This time of year Peru would be having similar weather to us

We just simply aren’t good enough.
Lucky to qualify in the first place and then had a group where all 3 were ranked top 15. We just don’t have the cattle

I don't think it's a matter of not having the cattle. We've outplayed Denmark and Peru who've only had 2 shots today. I mean Peru's second goal came from two deflections. We've just lacked the final ball/shot.

Unfortunately as a nation I don’t think we put enough emphasis on qualifying as the top seed.

If we can continue to go through the playoffs or the second positioned Asian team we will always get ‘groups of death’

I know nothing about soccer.
I have one question, why is it ok for players to cheat and pretend they have had a leg broken in order to get a penalty yet when a ball goes off the attacking team and over the goal line they all cant put their hand up quick to say it come off us, look at what good sports we are?
