It's reasonable for Judd to assume Sloane was just toeing the party line, players are very well versed at doing so.

Sloane rightly had a comeback and good on him.

The more I hear and read about Juddy, the more I like him.

I used to have triple M on Friday evenings last year when travelling home from my sons training, I didn't mind what he had to say then, now he's one of the straight shooters of the media who doesn't hide behind what he thinks the public wants to hear.

Too often I hear him throw a caveat in at the start or end of his sentence to remove him from the actual crux of the point he's made.

You threw away a 27pt lead against a side on a 4 game skid. Choked big time.

Reckon you need to look past that though. Inside 50's WCE were destroyed against a side key players who are underdone players. You can have as many goals as you like, if it ain't getting there it ain't going to end well on many occasions.

Didn’t see the game yesterday but watched the replay this morning. Fair game by Doedae.

Walker massive for the last quarter and a half.

Sloane ”we’ve put a few things behind us in the past week”.

Emotional roller coaster on the weekend. flat as you could be after WC kicked 3 straight and stoked 30 mins later.

I saw the game as even apart from 10 mins in the 3rd when NikNat put the ball down his mids throat and they kicked 3 quick ones. We had field position for large chunks of the first half but didnt capitalise with our inside 50s pretty average to say the least. Was great to see that pep back in the group, taking the risky kick off half back and sling shotting ala 2017.

The all played well flag gets raised I think, even though Gibbs had a shocker he did some crucial things same with Sloane who was well held but stood up in the last.

Usual suspects, M Crouch and Laird did as they do week in week out, but when needed the others had key involvements and stood up.

Jenkins worked hard and competed well when the delivery was poor. Probably should have got 2-3 holding frees considering the interpretation on the night up the other end.

Tom Doedee..... well..... he keeps getting better and better.

Milera, Hampton and Galluci has some important involvements and Greenwood some big centre clearances in the last.

The skippers game cant go un noticed, he busted his ass all game, made some blunders yes, but worked hard and the reward came. Great skippers game.

Some good resilience shown, we must have done some work on that over the preseason :D

are we back? Certainly not, but some positives non the less

The effort was there all game, just the fluency and link between D50 and F50 was not.

Got to start somewhere and a come from behind win i will take :D

Lynch possibly back this week, Knight and Gibson back via the 2s and then Betts and McGov few weeks after that. Just need to keep winning and once get a full side back, who knows..... geez im an optimist :partyman:
