They will only approve tranfers to outside leagues.

Not on the computer as often as I used to so didnt get a chance to look at it.
If thats the case good luck to Ben and WC.
Ben will definately improve their team, if his head is switched on he is a very good footballer.
Feel a little for the lad who probably played the first 11 games and now misses out on the chance to possibly win a A grade flag.
get on board the thunder train!!!

Over the last 3 weeks we have had the privilege of playing the top 3 sides. Within that group, the side we played on the weekend is a step above. I could potentially see them going through the season undefeated.

Whats everyones thoughts on how the final 5 will play out?

You must be pulling your hair out with last quarters against these sides and before that against Fitzroy where you were only down by 2 goals at 3/4 time and go down by 6. Leaked about 10 goals in the last quarter to West Croydon, were with Salisbury West all day and end up losing by 7 goals and then Rosies pile on 13 goals in the last quarter on the weekend. Is it just a fitness thing?

It would appear form the outside that numbers on the track aren't great?

Its a combination of a number of things.
The season didnt start until mid to late march.
The numbers on the track vary between 8 and 25.
Not enough fitness.
Having a bunch of young kids that dont know what it means to work hard and sacrifice for the greater good.

The players at the lodge this year just dont realise how good they could be if they appplied themselves and committed themselves to the cause. Its hard to teach this lesson as i know when i was younger, i thought things would just happen and i never realised what was required. This group will eventually have that moment and with some veterans around could turn things around quickly.
