hopefully we can get back in the winners list, but it's going to be hard considering the 764 injuries we have right now...

Current injury tallies ( the larger lists, anyway )

Adelaide - 17 ( 6 listed as test ) = 11 unavailable
Carlton - 15 ( 5 ) = 10 unavailable
Collingwood - 13 ( 5 ) = 8 unavailable
Gold Coast - 14 ( 5 ) = 9 unavailable
Sydney - 11 ( 3 ) = 8 unavailable

How are you guys even coping?

Back to the games, Adelaide will get up tonight I feel. Its all happening for them now. Sloane has signed on, the Tiser has the feel good story it has needed. Its all there now and the stars have aligned for Adelaide to get up and it will be touted as the greatest achievement by a SA team in the history of the world if they win tonight. (Note plenty of piss take and sarcasm used here - do not take offense - humour intended)

On a more serious note, with Sloane back and moving well it provides that depth. Although Jacobs is struggling for touch, Geelongs Ruck status isn't going to take advantage of this and the midfield battle will be interesting now with crows at a reasonable strength in there e.g M.Crouch, Gibbs, Sloane.

Also I like the look of the forward line without Fogherty. A bit more speed has been brought in and this will be a decisive factor. I believe Betts is back as well so that forward line looks a lot better and a lot quicker.

My tip: Adelaide 24 points.

I would suggest that Adelaide get Smith ready for a big preseason and get him firing for next year. He is a very important cog for Adelaide and I think from where the crows sit they aren't a huge chance. Hence don't risk him. Get him right for next season.
