Norwood red-hot Cleveland Steamers for the flag, IMHO.

Yep, looking like a Norwood versus Eagles GF for me, with Norwood winning.
Looking at their playing list, it is no surprise that Norwood are red-hot favourites. How they manage to have that much talent under the salary cap is phenomenal.
Cheers

A lot of those are Norwood players who have returned home after their time in the AFL was up. Some of these guys could have got plenty more $$ elsewhere

Yeah. I’m sure Norwood are “looking after them” one way or another.

Yep, like most of the comments, concrete in evidence.

Look I'd probably think the same if I barracked for anyone else, everyone thought the same of the Dogs and Eagles when They were winning, but no one knows.

Jims right, Panos, Grigg, Fuller, Wilkins, Shenton etc could likely get more elsewhere but probably not enough to switch away from your home
Club.

What are the chances of J Butcher winning the goalkicking in SANFL? 6 goals behind the leader. It would be a strange turnaround to a much maligned player.

Blame the way the game is played these days, thanks to the AFL.

Talk about poison odds (as happened earlier in this thread): Sportsbet has decided that this weekend's Norwood v Eagles game is a very likely preview of the premiership decider. (If you're under $3 to win the whole damn thing, then you're heavily odds-on to make the GF.) Whoaaa, Nelly:

Norwood $2.50
Eagles $2.75
Sturt $4.50
North Adelaide $9.00
South Adelaide $9.00
Central District $34.00
West Adelaide $41.00
Port Adelaide $51.00
Glenelg $67.00.

Might throw a couple of hundred on Sturt. I still think they will be in the GF
