If that’s the case I’m expecting a low score and a poor review.

Spargos

Osso bucco
Chicken burger
Coke

Service was excellent.
Food came out quick, we were slightly taken aback given last weeks Jimmy Deanes experience...

Osso Bucco was good, I enjoyed it.
Chicken burger lacked a bit of the marinade flavour and a tad on the dry side, but still edible. Mrs ordered it, but I still polished it off. Chips were hot and well seasoned.

Service was 9/10
Food probably around 7/10

Not too many iced coffee cartons or crumbs I could see!

I suspect BC will be the man for this.
The neighbors are headed to Berri in a few months and are searching for some good eateries in Berri.
All cuisines are open.

Had dinner at the promenade at the grand Saturday night... Steak was delicious and everything tasted great...
The waiting staff were a bit odd.. Saying some real random stuff... But besides all of that, thought it was pretty good 7/10

Re: Restaurant & Pub Reviews

Been out and about with my girlfriend lately having dinner and lunch at different places, Sunday we went to Hahndorf and had lunch at the German Arms and Saturday night we went to Zapatas, a Mexican restaurant on Melbourne street in North Adelaide.

Haven't been to the German Arms in a while and was impressed with there new renovations. I had a Kangaroo Schnitzel and it was alright, I'd give it a 7/10.

Zapatas was magnificent, we shared a serve and Nachos plus some Tacos and they were very good, especially the Nachos. I'd give it an 8.5/10. Had a nice Mexican Amber Ale with it too. Zapatas is very similar to the Mexican restaurant at Semaphore, Viva Mexican Cantina which I've been to many times as my sister loves it there and my girlfriend and I went there recently too. I would probably put Zapatas just ahead of of Viva Semaphore.

Couple of weird/funny experiences at Zapatas. The first one being the waiter who served us was very, very odd, didn't talk much and appeared nervous and didn't really ask us what we wanted, he was the most uninspired waiter I've ever come across, we did all the talking.

The other thing was that I've never seen that many old blokes with mail orders in the same place at the same time, even had a mail order double date going on near us. It gave us great entertainment.

We went to Jamie's Italian last Saturday with another couple my missus is friends with. While the food was very nice the serving sizes left me wanting given we had our main come pretty late and I was absolutely starving by then and a little grumpy as we had to wait long for food to be served. I'd give Jamie's a 7/10 based on that experience, I've had better Italian.

I've also been to 50sixone Prospect three times with the misso now, Saturday night for dessert after Zapatas and twice while I was off work whem she had the day off. It's very popular and that's because the food there is magnificent in my opinion. It's a breakfast, lunch and dessert bar that make ridiculous shakes. Do yourself a favor and go there, it's very good.

A few Sundays back we went to Amigos Pizza at Magill across the road from the Uni. We had two pizzas there and they were magnificent, had the Moroccan Lamb pizza and a Supreme pizza. They have so many decent and different flavours and toppings. I'd give Amigo's a 9/10 based off that experience.

Both our birthdays are this week, hers on Thursday and me on Saturday and we're going out for dinner Wednesday night to Sfizios with her family, taking her to Jamie's Italian on Friday night (hopefully depends on if she can swap her arvo shift) then Sunday we're going to the Coopers Ale House with my family so more reviews coming up I'd say.
