If he was aiming for his head it was a strange punch?
Aiming for the guts but missed lol.

If he hasn't got form he'll get 4.
Should be 6 if he's got any record at all (including fines).

Cameron got 5 with a terrible record.
Gaff will get 5 down to 4.
Both intentional, high Impact

One was in play, the other was a king hit left hook 50m off the ball

The AFL of course have themselves to blame. These jumper punches that allow only a fine make it 'ok' for blokes to throw punches and get away with it. If they scrubbed them out completely then people wouldn't throw punches at all which means they wouldn't 'accidentally' hit people high.

He deserves 8 only because the comp needs to stop those stupid 'accidental' punches... but they wont.

Each to their own
I think i know what gaff was intending. Simpson touched on it during the presser
He hit and broke the jaw he'll get 6. Simple and not worth arguing opinions on tbh

He’s getting 6 plus for this. He has king hit a bloke 50 metres away from play. I’m sure Gaff is a decent human being but he’s made a monumental mistake and should pay for it. He’s broken the kids jaw and shattered 4 of his teeth. He deserves 6 as a minimum for this as it is truly a terrible act.

No idea what he was doing or intending to do.

Gaff then kicks a goal late on and is mobbed by team mates like it’s his first goal on debut.

Robbo saying there should be police action

I agree. Anything intentional and off the ball leaves you wide open for that avenue imo

I haven't heard one WCE supporter say Brayshaw is soft.
If they applauded Gaff after a goal I dare say they didn't see the footage of the hit considering they were at the game not watching on TV but if they did and still cheered him, then that is disgraceful
