If poor form constitutes being "worked out", Tex was worked out 2 years ago... Worst performing captain in the comp by a country mile

Over 150+ goals in past 3 seasons. Not bad for an underperforming captain...

No doubt more time would have been put into them in the off season, however i think it is a combination of lot of things including fitness issues, forward entry delivery (It's been deplorable this year) and just having a bad "couple of" year!

There you have it Boon, a definitive answer. What's more the only opinion that matters...... apparently.

Well, without stating the obvious the ruck division. The game, and his counterparts, seem to have gone past Jacobs. His ability to impact around the ground has diminished and he looks slow, perhaps it's just injury holding him back. In turn his durability to date has left O'Brien untried at the top level. Is he capable? We don't know, we've not seen him. Dear can't get on the park, either.

Defensive pressure I50, the modern game all about locking the ball in once the hard work is done up field. Betts, still smart and able to read the play to score isn't going to be the pacy small chasing down the running defenders on the other side of 30, Pyke likes Jenkins, Walker, Lynch and McGovern up there, is that a plan that can work now the opposition seems to halt your ball movement from defence a little? Who is the defensive smalls? Don't say Murphy.

Midfield depth/pace, CEY looks like a semi-capable depth player, nothing more, B.Crouch and unknown quantity, more a bonus when he is fit, Poholke and Gallucci are still learning, but you don't really get time to learn on the job in this game, so M.Crouch, Greenwood, Sloane, Gibbs, Douglas don't offer much as far as run and carry on the outside, great inside with M.Crouch and Sloane, Greenwood developing and Gibbs (30 in Feb) Douglas (32) perhaps with their best behind them. Can Atkins, Knight, Seedsman all come to the fore there?

Chatting to a few local umps on Sunday we thought it was reportable and should have been straight away. The controlling ump paid holding the ball. He should get a spell this week!

We might as well let the women play with/against the men coz that's the way the game is heading.
Aren't you allowed to tackle anymore?

Big test on Don Pykes coaching next year can he turn it around.

History shows crows coaches don’t get better results the longer they stay at the club.’

Interesting trade period/off season coming up

Prepared to admit you were wrong about Milera yet booney? :)

He’s been one of the few good things to come out of this season.

Agree about outside run still. Especially forward of centre.

Would love to see laird push into the midfield as I reckon he can do that job, with Milera and smith being the half backs.

Would love to go all out to get rankine as he is fits our need perfectly.

Jacobs tex and Betts all look unfit. Hopefully a full preseason for each of them will do the world of good.

All the talk about Lycett seems to have gone quiet lately, until the news about St Kilda going out for him. Wonder whether the crows will have a crack.

If we can get Seed, Smith and Milera in the same side, that's some decent outside run. Like you said just need to get them further up the ground though...

Has had some moments, no doubt, averaging about 18 touches a game which I think you'd agree is below par for an outside run ball carrier.
