What's your signature dish?

Seems as though we have some budding chef's amongst us, what are your "go to" dishes in the kitchen that could get sold in a restaurant?

Could get some new idea's happening.

I always thought the Weber was designed to have that smokey flavour, if it's gas you may aswell cook it in the oven.

Yes. I am a traditionalist. Plus it takes 4 beers to burn down. Win/Win.

My shitty old weber has lost it's side bars so I don't get the maximum use out of my chimney yet, all the beads spread out too much when I empty it.

I've bought a few as presents for my weber cooking mates, they love em.

Couldn't agree more, worth every penny.

I usually use a Coal/Charcoal combo and love the flavour that comes through in the meat. Hanging out to bung one on this Saturday after a few beers and bets.

Just bought on of these for my Charcoal BBQ, as it was taking a good 90 mins of prep to get the charcoal burning properly. Havent used it yet.

Also have a rotisserie on the BBQ that i haven't had a crack at yet, can't wait to try some yiros style meals this summer.

I have a rotisserie in my shed still back in SA. Burned the motor out on it really quickly so it needs a repair that I never got around to. Sensational way to cook. The trap is you start carving the outer bits off as you are cooking for a quick taste, and end up damn near eating the lot!
