Did they lose players to injury or just not good enough?

I thought they were a lock for finals?

Lock for Top 4 I recall some on here saying

Really? Who said that?

They were always average they just had a super easy draw. And couldn’t even take advantage of it

They will go backwards next year

Really strange atmosphere at the game yesterday. Over 41k but I’ve never heard an Adelaide crowd so quiet.
After kicking 3 of the first 4 goals, it was as if word had filtered through that Melbourne had won in the West, snuffing out any faint finals chances we had. They looked disinterested, were second to the ball & at times looked lazy & disinterested.
I’m not sure what Brad said at 3QT but they were a different side the last half an hour and really should’ve won it in the end - turnovers killed us.
Disappointing not to play finals but they’re going to finish where I predicted at the start of the year, top half of the bottom 8.
If they happen to get Polec, his outside run will be welcomed (we’ll also hopefully get Tarryn Thomas via the Tassie academy).
On a side note, $10.20 for a f#cking beer yesterday!!!
How the hell do some of you do that every second week? Criminal.

It is, so, I suggest at least 3 before you get on the train/bus, two in the Game Day Village ( Coopers Sessions are $8 cans ) before the game, sit on one un-godly Draught through the first quarter, race out at the 20 minute mark of the 2nd quarter and get two more Sessions in at half time and if you so desire one more Draught for the last half.

Alternatively the hip flask holds 4 stiff* bourbons or CC's for the colder nights.
PAFC. Forever.

LOOK OUT, WE'RE COMING!

Yep except for the last quarter it seemed everyone was disinterested, both teams and crowd alike.

And yep $10.20 for a beer is criminal.

We used to wander in maybe half hour to an hour before the game, and have a beer or two there.

Now we go somewhere else and basically arrive right on game time

Don’t mind paying moderately expensive prices , but it really is ridiculous.

$9.40 for ironjack (mid strength)
$9.80 for a super dry
$10.20 for their “craft” beers which are james squire pale or porter, little creatures Rogers or furphy.

James squire porter wins but it’s still daylight robbery

The AFL media again.....

Few weeks back lauding the Freo rebuild under Lyon and having a go at our rebuild. Now they're asking questions as to leadership after Freo's capituation to the Cats down there.

Everyone has a bad week, so why does the media have to jump on top of a team that's had a bad week? Clickbait?
