Very good player. Even on Sunday he was marking everything that came near him. Just didn’t get the best service from further up the ground

Finger on the pulse.

Any North supporters believe Gaff will sign for 1.2mil a season Apparently his dad had heart surgery and its between Norf and Eagles as to who he sign with. Eagles already offering Kelly from Geelong 500k a season so are they expecting Gaff to go to Norf. Any truth to this rumour

$1.2m for Gaff and $750k for Polec, nearly $2m of the cap out on the wing.

Gaff has played 94% this year as an inside mid. His role has changed since Pridda , Mitchell retired

That's a whole bunch of money for 2 one-sided wingmen.

That sort of money is usually spent on key forwards but good luck to north, they may get one of them.

Yeah that's what I meant. Not dirty but just something silly and stupid and he was out for a week. Then he'd come back and get injured.

The thing was when he was up and about and got some constant games into hi. He was very good and could really tear a game apart.

They have decent forwards and an ok backline, but their mids are all plodders so I think it’s worth forking out to address their needs

Especially gaff who can play inside and outside

Gaff will be a good get and I will be sad to see him go if that's the case. He has been playing more inside lately as well and really added to his game.

Police is dead set outside, good mover and user of the ball though.

Still that's 2mill per year on Mids. That's a good chunk of the old budget.

Gaff will be good at north. God knows why he'd want to go there though.

Poleack (channelling Anthony Hudson and others) could be a huge mistake.
Injures his dodgey foot or just goes missing and the roos faithful will be cranky as.
